Changing installed game language : thank you

Ever since the EA app was launched I was disappointed that there was no way to change the language of a game without reinstalling. For the sims 4 especially with so many packs, it was too much for my Internet connection to restall everything just to test things for one or two gameplay sessions. . Today when I tried to disable a pack it was suddenly there.WWhat's even better is that the sims medieval now has the same option. I can finally get that game in the same language it had in origin.

I don't know which update changed this but I am very happy about it. Why is such a positive change nowhere mentioned?
