controller no longer being recognized

After updating to EA app from Origins I am no longer able to use my controller for Dragon Age Inquisition or Mass Effect Andromeda. The controllers work fine with the other games that I have on my pc...

@EA_At Sorry for the late reply to you. No, none of them recognized my controller, so I ended up going back to using Origins. I'm once again able to
use my controller for DAI and Mass Effect Andromeda
