why isnt this fixed wtf, 3 years ago, how can you possibly have 1 and then 5 mb option, why do i have to follow random guy through comments to get my custom limit with file modifying ? Are you serious ?

From what I can gather from the linked post, there doesn’t appear to be anything that requires a fix, as the feature is functioning as intended. What you've shared is a feedback item requesting additional options for the Limited Download Speed feature beyond the existing 1 and 5 MB/s settings.
Since this is a feature request rather than a malfunction, it wouldn’t be categorised as something that needs to be "fixed." If the Limited Download Speed option were not working correctly, that would indeed require attention, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.
