EA Account assistance

I have had an EA account for some time from when it was an Origin account. I updated to the EA account when prompted and have reinstalled a number of times over the years. My latest installation was succesful and I managed to migrate all my games over to the new installed instance. Recently I have been asked to sign in to my account and once done I have been asked to enter a 6 digit varification code sent to my account email. The problenm is that the email account attached to my EA games account is for a discontinued isp which I have not accessed in at least 6 years. I have tried every possible way to contact EA help to get assistance in updating the address with no success. When using the contact us option and selecting the "Guest" option it still wants me to login and as my issue is that I cannot login I get no further with the support ticket submission. I did once manage to get a support chat going and after answewring multipole questions I was told the details were insufficent and I would need to try the caht again. I have however not been able to get a chat session again in over a week of trying.

I ahve paid for the multiple games on EA over the years anbd I am now unable to play them, how will support assist me apaying customer?
