EA are no help and are just using people

I recently bought sims 3 packs through the EA app, and one of the codes doesn't work. Two the ea help is not useful by only offering a refund rather than getting their games to work. EA are completely useless and it's getting to the point where if I didn't spend £ 100 on sims games I would have stopped playing with EA a long time ago
