I couldn't get the redeemed rewards
Hey ea Im unable to get redeem rewards from the redeem codes you have shared..it showed the rewards is sent to my account but I didn't get those reward in the past.In my opinion my rewards are mistakenly share to other account . This is my uid <removed>. Please help me to get those missing rewards or if you couldn't help me to get those missing rewards ...then please compensate me. I have been playing this game on Facebook since 2021.....over the weekend I couldn't access the game at all....today I've been able to log in but ALL of my coins and trinkets have gone!!! EA CS is worse than other game platforms. Their advisor is very rude. These problems with me have already few times, didn't solve your problems, and left with nothing , If you try to refund, they will make so many reasons to refuse your refund . Eg, need to wait 72 hours ago / oh, your coin balance is different bababa something like this. Everyone, go play Steam. EA is rubbish
