EA Desktop client custom installation folder

Please give users the ability to change the directory where EA Desktop installs its main client. I'm not refering to the installation directory of the games themselves, rather the EA Desktop applica...

No, it allows you to choose the install location of the client by now.

@holger1405 No it does not. I downloaded latest client today from website and it stil only allows choosing only games installation folder. Not the folder for the client itself.

It did up from Jasons post until about 2 weeks ago. Don't know why it changed again.

  I can confirm; the client doesn't care what you give it as the install directory. Was this app created by some coop student?! Yikes

    i can only confirm this as well, this app is just cancerous, we stated plenty of obvious flaws with the app when it started out as " Beta " as they called it, more like Alpha as new features were introduced all the time (that's the definition of a Alpha software whereas Beta is feature-locked and out for testing. )
