EA play problems

I bought EA play for a month and every game I download it immediately crashes or doesn't start at all. I tried everything and it always says that there is a problem on EAs side. And on top of it all when I try to uninstall the game, it simply doesen't work so I have to do it through the appwiz. I am a new customer and you lost me for good.
