Merry Christmas to everyone and have a happy new year 2024 (at least we hope to be).
First of all, I want to apologize for my English (not my native language).
Here are the big problems that I found and need to be fixed if EA wants us to follow the new store/launcher software
- There were missing games from my collection
- BF3 Game shows deferent key and version in EA App than the one that I always owned. In Origin it is ok.
- There was no way to make the prior hidden games to appear (hidden from origin)
- In game info product key is not visible
- No option to change installation folder (only the game folder option exists)
I contacted support via e-mail and live chat, but I strongly believe, after many messages, that no one cares and no one have knowledge to solve problems.
Note that the e-mail answers were coming from different agents while the case number was the same, without reviewing the previous questions and answers.
Only if you are lucky to reach 1% of the agents that really have experience and good will to fix issues, you will come to a solution.
Just tragic!!
Because of all the above, programmers create patches and fixes in order to continue use Origin instead of EA App.
Please, all of you who work or help EA, try to find the find a way to fix the problems of this awful application, and stop doing annoying/stupid questions or recommendation to login with the same account etc. I have one and only account for all the games, and a lot experience to IT section. Respect all the people who spent their money, that earned working hard, to purchase your digital products.
