How do I change my FUT Companion Team on different platforms on the same account

I recently moved from PS4 to PC on FIFA 23 and I used the same Origin Account used for my PS4 for my PC.  When I log into the Companion app, it only shows me the PS4 team and not the PC. I checked ...

    There's no way to transfer FUT progress between platforms, I'm afraid.

I’d like to transfer my PS4 FUT data and replace it with the one on my PC. That’s just all I need right now.

Would that be possible?

    If I played on PS5 in fifa 23, would I be able to switch from my PS5 account to my PC account on FUT Companion app??
