I couldn't get the redeemed rewards

Question

Hey ea Im unable to get redeem rewards from the redeem codes you have shared..it showed the rewards is sent to my account but I didn't get those reward in the past.In my opinion my rewards are mistakenly share to other account . This is my uid&nbsp;
&lt;removed&gt;.
Please help me to get those missing rewards or if you couldn't help me to get those missing rewards ...then please compensate me.
I hope you'll see the gravity of this matter. I'm an old player I have playing this game since 2017.&nbsp;

Were you able to sign in on that other account to check whether the rewards were granted?
Sorry to say, but we aren't able to look into your account to see whether the rewards were properly granted here on the forums. It'd be best if you reached out to our live support team with the User IDs for both accounts and have them look into them.&nbsp;
