My VPN is blocking EA services (app and forums)
Hello!
I have my entire network protected by a VPN and I could quickly conclude that the EA desktop and AND this support forum are having a complete meltdowns whenever behind the VPN.
I assume this is being looked into as I use a VPN for my security and privacy and it should not be a hinder to use EA or any other platform. All other gaming platforms I use work fine btw, EA is the only one not functioning correctly which tells me it's a EA problem thus their responsibility to get it fixed.

Thanks for your feedback. However, as your post was unrelated to the main thread about the EC:10005 in the EA app, I have created a separate topic for it.
Regarding your VPN: If your VPN is blocking the usage of the forums, the EA app, or other services for that matter, it is recommended to make adjustments to your VPN so that it doesn't block legitimate and safe services anymore.
