Origin displays 2 medals of honor in 2010, while EA app only displays 1 medal

I previously purchased 2 copies of the Medal of Honor 2010, which were displayed in Origin. One copy is in English and the other is in Chinese. However, now I only have one copy of the Medal of Honor 2010 on the EA app, and there is still no Chinese version available. Could EA please fix this bug? This is the Chinese Medal of Honor 2010 that I purchased myself. Could you please fix this bug
