Hey @ElineTimmer3,
Yeah so to install The Sims 4 in Dutch, you need to uninstall the game and install the game in Dutch again. I wrote a guide for this on our Dutch forums: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Algemene-Discussies/GIDS-Spellen-installeren-in-het-Nederlands-via-de-EA-app/m-p/11830584.
Hope this helps! - atreya333 years agoLegend
I am also missing an option to change the game language after installation.
I had to install the sims medieval in english because there is no option to install the dutch version. I know how to install in another language because I installed sims 3 and 4 in Dutch without problems but the dutch language is missing during installation. Why is it not possible to switch languages after installation? I can hardly uninstall and install again just to check if the Dutch has become available yet.
It is also convenient for posting screenshots and testing mods to be able to temporarily change the language to english without installing the entire 50GB of sims 4 again.
For non-english simmers being able to change the language after installation is a very useful feature which should be part of the EA APP

Hey @atreya33,
So even when you want to change the install language of De Sims Middeleeuwen, there is no Dutch option for you? - LTasare3 years agoSeasoned Vanguard@atreya33 Hello, I completely agree with the function to change the language at any time after installation. I miss it very much. I like to change the language of the game when I need to from Czech to English.
