OMG YES!
I just got the latest Sims 4 expansion today, played a little, no problem. Everything on the app has worked according to plan.
THEN! I close the game to eat, then go to start the game, and BOOM! IT'S. All. GONE. All of it. Every expansion, kit, game pack etc. As well as my other games. This EA App sucks * and needs to be gone. Pronto.

At least you guys got yours to download, open, play around at least? Mine can't even GET to the downloading stage as it's stuck at "PREPARING DOWNLOADING 49%"..... no matter what I do (i've done it all - for 11 days and honestly I shouldn't have to)
I miss my Sims 4 worlds....5 years + quarantine down the drain (maybe my GameBoy still works if I find it in storage...or go back to skipping rocks)
i was SOOO angry & now im SOOO sad im deadset thinking about taking some legal action idk-im in Australia i'll have to look into it
