Sims 4 Bundle & Save Error

Hi! I saw that there was a "bundle and save" tab underneath the sims 4 category in the installed games section. It is located after the "overview" and "Add-ons" tabs on the EA app. When I picked the expansion pack, game pack, and stuff pack that I wanted and hit "get the deal", an error message pops up. The message states "We had some trouble processing your request... Try again a little later. [ref. #53000]" Is this just a glitch, or is this bundle option no longer available? Thanks!
