STOP STEALING FOCUS ON GAME EXIT

When I exit a game I bought on Steam such as Mass Effect Legendary Edition, EA App brings its window to foreground... TWICE... in a span of few seconds.

How hard it is to:

1. Not show app if it was minimized
2. Not put it in foreground (that's actually considered malicious behavior in Windows)
3. At least not do it twice but wait until it's ready
