Generally, issues like this are system rather than game related, can you try a new Windows admin account to see what happens?

I think it would be much wiser to reinstate the origin app and work on your EA app for another year or two or ten before being so quick to keep blaming windows. Face it. EA messed this up royal and needs to make serious amends.
