Why can't I play my EA games without an internet connection!?
It could be done with Origin, but yesterday they forced me to install EA and uninstall Origin. Now they are the same as Ubisoft but totally opposed to all the other games-services, meaning Steam, GOG, and Epic Games. GOG has even a total plus, giving you the option to download an offline installer so that you can even install games without any internet connection.
Origin was giving the option to play games without the internet, meaning login in whilst in offline mode, not just as EA and Ubisoft do, first login whilst online and only after that giving the option of going offline.
No offense, but EA is shooting itself in the foot with this new policy, because not being able to play your own games, games that EA took your money in order to buy and play at your own will is a no-no for so many of us and they will cease buying games from them and stick with Steam, GOG and Epic Games. I was once without internet for more that a year, and still I could play all of my single-player games on that platform, why EA doesn't allow that!?
