EA on Playstation

Hallo everone,

I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!!

The EA-Account linked to my Pöaystation account was hacked, and now I font know any information about that account. Judt know its on some rissian emailadress and still linked to my Ps5.

Cant play any of my games..

As you might know, EA-Support is a bigger myth then the monster of lochness. I wrote mails, chatted, called... no chance. Playstation says Its defenetly EAs part to fix this and should be low efford  but its unpossible to get some real person from EA.

I already thought about apllying for a Job at EA-Customer-Service... could fix my problem and pretend to worke.

I cant really discribe which insane amout of hate grows inside of me, when I tgink about EA.

I never gonna buy a game from EA again, and if there wouldnt be DragonAge Inquisition and Sims4 I wanna play and bought, I would totally swear to retire from EA.

    Hallo @JonnyPeng94,

    da der eine Screenshot auf Deutsch ist, vermute ich, dass du auch Deutsch sprichst. Bitte benutze in den verschiedenen Sprachforen immer die jeweilige Sprache.

    Wenn dein Playstation-Account gehackt wurde und an ein EA Konto gebunden wurde, welches nicht dir gehört, dann kann EA leider auch nichts machen. Der Support kann nur einsehen, wem der EA Account gehört - wenn dieser nicht dir gehört, haben die Mitarbeiter keine Möglichkeit zu verifizieren, dass der Playstation Account dir gehört. 

    Ich verstehe, dass dies eine frustrierende Situation ist, aber leider kann EA in dieser Situation nicht wirklich etwas machen.

    Der Playstation account wurde nicht gehackt. Es handelt sich um einen alten EA account, deshalb müsste auch mein Name dein stehen, wenn der Hacker das nicht gändert hat..

    tut mir leid, das hatte ich da falsch verstanden. Wurde dein EA Konto gehackt und die E-Mail davon geändert oder wurde dein PSN Konto an ein anderes EA Konto gebunden, welches nie dir gehört hatte?

    Du sagtest du konntest den Live Chat schon kontaktieren - was genau hatte dieser dir denn gesagt?
