A need help

My Steam account is linked to an unknown EA account.

I never created this EA account and I cannot access it.

I tried contacting support but received no response.

I need my Steam account unlinked so I can link it to my real EA account.

    Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums. You'll need to reach out to our live support team for help, as they can take a look at what account you're currently linked to. What problem are you having when you reach out exactly? You mention that you receive no response; are you reaching out via a chat or email?

    I don’t have access to live chat support. Every time I try to start a chat, it redirects me to an AI instead.

    Also, when I create a support ticket, it feels like it disappears into the void. I don’t receive any email confirmation, and no one ever replies. So I have no way of knowing if my ticket was actually created.

    At this point, I don’t know what else to do.
