Account Lost

Hello, so I made my EA account in 2019 with my email - six years later I try logging into the account even after I've loss my gmail in 2021. I'm pretty positive the Gmail was deleted and I no longer have access to my EA account, the only slight access I have is linked to my psn - I'd  like to talk to someone and see if my old email can be replaced for my new email.
