Account was hacked awhile back, now I cant merge my new account with steam.

My xbox account was hacked awhile back, which was linked with my ea account, now when I try to merge my new account with steam, it says that one is already merged and it shows the hacker's email. I just bought games from the steam summer sale and cant play them now. Please someone help me, I'm desparate.
