Cannot access email and support does nothing

I understand every forum post about this redirects to the help page, but support is useless. It's only an AI and I can never reach a representative. Please help in any way besides sending me to the support page. I have had it with the AI chat bot being worse than useless.

    These steps should let you contact an EA Help agent to ask for assistance with changing email address:

    • Select the "EA Account" tile.
    • Choose "See all help topics".
    • Select "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Live chat should appear beneath the article which loads.

    This does not help. I have done so several times. All I get is an email redirecting me to the EA help page which says "contact your email provider to get access". The email no longer exists. It was a student account that got deleted. This is a different account. I need someone to actually answer the chat that doesn't simply refer back to the EA help page or the AI bot.

  • I'm also having this same problem. I was trying to get help with unlinking an ea account from my xbox account but I can't because that email no longer exists. I was able to get in contact with a live agent but in the middle of getting help the chat would stop letting me send messages. I did this 9 other times and the same thing keeps happening

    du2jkutdosvi In that case, I would recommend trying the steps I mentioned earlier again without being signed into an EA account. Make sure that you select the option to continue without logging in if a box appears at any point asking you to log in. 

    Please be aware that you will most likely be asked security questions to prove account ownership when you connect with an agent. You will need to pass this before any changes will be made.
