Account suspended and loss of progress
Hello,
my account was suspended on Battlefield 6 for 14 days. However I recently checked my penalty history and my penalty is gone and it says it has been “closed” does this mean anything of my account? And is all of my progress in the game gone?

This appears to be a 14-day penalty. You should have received an email with more information about your dispute status.
If you believe the suspension was not applied correctly, and would like our dedicated terms of service moderation team to review it again, you can submit a new dispute following this guide and ask about any impact on your progress.
The EA staff here on EA Forums don't have visibility into your account to confirm any lost progress, sorry.
