Add an option to disable Hardware Acceleration

I'm using EA desktop on my mining/gaming PC and at the moment while it's running it consumes such an amount of GPU power that the mining performance of my GPU drops as far as 20-30%.

As for comparison; while I'm playing a low-end game like World of Warcraft Classic, it consumes about 10% of the GPU power, that's less than half of what EA Desktop app consumes.

The option to disable HW acceleration exists in almost all other gaming apps (Steam, Discord to name a few) and should be an option on your application as well.

I hope that this option is absent because of the beta state of EA Desktop and not because it has a background crypto miner of some sort.
