Burnout Revenge Not Working on Series X

I’m trying to play Burnout Revenge on the series X, and despite it being backwards compatible, I am getting an error message. Is there a way I can convert the game to digital. I tried getting direct support, but the game doesn’t show up in the catalogue of games to contact EA for. Is there a way I can contact EA and skip that step.
