Burnout Revenge Not Working on Series X

I’m trying to play Burnout Revenge on the series X, and despite it being backwards compatible, I am getting an error message. Is there a way I can convert the game to digital. I tried getting direct support, but the game doesn’t show up in the catalogue of games to contact EA for. Is there a way I can contact EA and skip that step.

    Hey @tanks2007 what is the error you are seeing?

    We are not able to convert a disc version of a game to digital.

    The problem must be the missing 1.9 update. I can't play Burnout Revenge because of that and need that update. Where to find?
