Buying EA play at steam does not apply to EA app

Hello, I'm new to EA play and I found it nice to subscribe EA play.

Since I mostly use steam, I subscribed to EA play through steam and linked my steam account to EA play.

Here is the problem.

I want to play Crysis remasterd. 

In steam, it says that EA play does not support Crysis remastered. 

In EA play app, it says that EA play does support Crysis remastered. However, it says that I have to subscribe to EA play...

I have no idea how I can solve this problem

Any kind of advice would be appriciated.
