- 4 years ago@Qsuferer So from EA Desktop I had the game being on downloading forever without showing a download speed and actually never downloading anything. I could not get the game to work so I cliccked on the "need assistance with download" link https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
I cleared the cache of the app as they say and the download started and went through. You might want to try it before giving up, it's really fast!- 4 years ago

1st BAD SUPPORT not to solve this with first shot :P
2nd BAD APP I installed 3 other games and looked for a similar bug, all worked fine. Why is this app not cleaning cache itself?
