Can not download Biomutant EA desktop
I pre ordered BIOMUTANT for 3$ in EA desktop and now i can not download it. It shows that i own this game, but won t let me download it. What is the problem?

@EA_Blueberry ok, will be waiting for a fix. Otherwise, i want a refund.
@Qsuferer So from EA Desktop I had the game being on downloading forever without showing a download speed and actually never downloading anything. I could not get the game to work so I cliccked on the "need assistance with download" link https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
I cleared the cache of the app as they say and the download started and went through. You might want to try it before giving up, it's really fast!

1st BAD SUPPORT not to solve this with first shot :P
2nd BAD APP I installed 3 other games and looked for a similar bug, all worked fine. Why is this app not cleaning cache itself?

Tried clearing cache earlier and it didn't work. Tried to download again just now and it suddenly worked! Waiting for the game to finish downloading now.
