Cant link my account becouse my old account is linked to my xbox gamepass

i asked microsoft if they could do any thing about it and they told me to ask you guys at ea

how do i unlink it without having access to my account 

when i try to log in to unlink it this comes up

 it just says that i have been banned or that my account has been desabled. i havent used this account for a long time so i dont know why or how i was banned if you guys can can you please unban me
