Can't log in to EA APP with Origin account

When I try to log into the EA App using the same login as I used for EA Browser, my account does not exist on the EA APP and recovery is not working in the browser.

I've had Origin since 2013 and I had a multitude of Sims 3 games and a few Sims 4 games on there. I had the urge to log in and play a bit, but as per title, my Origin login credentials are not working for the EA app, but they work for the browser.

I have tried over and over again to recover the account by using the EA ID, Steam account Link, email, etc, with no luck.  It says something like "EA ID does not exist" when i try or "please put real steam id" etc.

I have tried too many times, and now it's not letting me use anything at all to attempt to log in.

I would like to know how to fix this, thank you.
