Can't redeem code

I'm trying to redeem a code I received but haven't used yet. After entering in the code and clicking next, it shows "Confirmed" and the game title "STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order", my account name and my email, but when I click next on the Confirm button on that screen it brings me back to the redeem code screen and says "The product code you entered in not valid."

    I believe it was from EA. I think it was from a promotional offer when the game was free for a period of time. I can send you the code if it helps you.

  • EA replies the whole time the same sentence, and do not resolve anything, there is no way to contact you in any form.  I purchased several games I am unable to locate the product key, thieves !
