Disabling "Recommended Friends"

Hello! Trying to figure out if disabling the "Profile Visibility" and such on the EA site disables my friends being recommended to other friends I have.

Kind of just don't want that to happen and want to make sure that it's disabled. Don't want someone I met in game being recommended someone else I know.
