EA app whistlist and chart problems
I added some games to my wishlist. However, my list disappears whenever I close the app. When I first open the app, all the games I added to my wishlist appear initially, but they disappear within a few seconds. I am using mac. Also cant add some games to my chart.
I can't unlink my Steam account form some random EA account I don't know.
Hello, the story goes like this. When I try to play the game Battlefront two I bought recently, I'm met with the message that my Steam account is connected to a random EA account I don't recognize, . I have never used any account that does not end with the part. EA support is useless. I have tried to explain the situation, and they tell me I have to prove the ownership of the account I have no knowledge about, and I don't know the security questions of said account because it does not belong to me. This situation is absurd. Did anyone else run into the same issue and have any solutions for it? Am I permanently locked from playing any other EA game?Removing Billing Information
I'm trying to remove my billing information from one of my EA accounts, but no longer have access to the email. I was wondering how can I remove that payment method even though I know my billing information and the email address still, but I just cannot get into the email address itself.
Disabling "Recommended Friends"
Hello! Trying to figure out if disabling the "Profile Visibility" and such on the EA site disables my friends being recommended to other friends I have. Kind of just don't want that to happen and want to make sure that it's disabled. Don't want someone I met in game being recommended someone else I know.
How do I make a shortcut to game in my library after installation?
As question asks. In my experience creating a shortcut directly to the .exe causes issues so I'm assuming that's not a viable option. I'm not seeing any other option in the launcher to create a shortcut though, so... where is it? It's not seriously only available on first installation, is it?
Cannot launch game due to error on EA end and no one will help :/
Not sure if this is a SIMS 4 issues or EA app issue but basically I bought aa few new Sims 4 packs with the current discount happening, downloaded them and now I cannot launch my sims game due to an error on the EA app. I have uninstalled the app and game. I have deleted the app and gone to download the app to trigger the option to "repair". I have opened the app in administrator mode. I thought it may have been the purchase through paypal as it says my payment is still pending but on my EA account, the payment and purchase is marked as completed. I'm still trying to trouble shoot on my own. I'm going to try clear the cache and I'm seeing if the game will load with any of my add on's downloaded, just straight base game, but I sent through 2 requests. 1 which wont show up in my cases, the second was marked as "resolved" with 0 communication and SUPRISE my issues isn't resolved. I waited in queue for 30 minutes to chat just to be told no one was available and that I could continue waiting. This is my last hope to hopefully get someone to respond to me whether it be someone who has some knowledge to help or hopefully ACTUAL EA support.
