does EA have a customer support line?

i need someone to talk to about my psn account being linked to a disabled ea account and cant find a customer support line anywhere

    Hi there. Unfortunately, we don't have a support line for phone calls. You can open a case with an advisor though. They can help with this. Instructions for opening cases can be found here. Thanks!

    you're agents do not help at all.. i need help and they aren't doing anything but clicking out of the conversation.. i have asked for a manager and they click out.
