EA account delete.
Hello everyone.
So, as the title says, I want to delete one account that was made with one of my e-mails by some random hacker and got it banned in less than 24 hours. I appealed my ban, just to explain the situation (I wasn't trying to get it back, because this is my main account).
Anyway, I'm trying to delete it, but it says that I need to talk to an advisor, and I can't find the option to start a ticket to get it done because when I open the account manage main page and click on "Delete your EA data", it opens a new tab, and shows "helpful resources - how can I delete my EA account", then it opens an the same article as before. It doesn't show any chat option or open ticket.
I think that it happens because that account is banned, and I can't delete it, because I just opened the EA Help center with this account (not banned), picked the same option (to delete the account) and the chat option appeared. Am I right? If yes, that means I can't delete that account forever?

Hi there. All the details we have on deleting accounts can be found here. However, you cannot delete an account that has an active ban on it. Cases can be opened by following the instructions in this article. Thanks!
