idk how long ago this was but i no longer have access to the email account and i can no longer unlink or anything, i can send proof its my steam acc and stuff but i no longer have access to the email, please help me EA employers

Just a quick reminder that game progress is stored at an EA account level. If you unlink Steam, the progress you've accumulated so far may be lost as one of the risks of unlinking, and cannot be merged. So it'd be best to try to regain access to that EA account instead.
Either way, since you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details or unlink the Steam account. Usually, you can update account details by following these steps, and you can unlink an account with these steps, but that doesn't apply without access to the email address and account.
Once you connect with an advisor, they'll ask you a few questions to verify that you're the account owner before working with you to update things.
