Hi LorenaBruns35 ,
Thanks for letting us know that the EA app is not loading properly. When you have a moment, please try the following troubleshooting steps in order:
- Clear the EA app cache
Open the EA app menu in the top-left corner, then select Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache. - Close conflicting background applications
Check whether antivirus software, firewalls, overlays, VPNs, or other background programs may be limiting the EA app or affecting game performance. - Check Windows system files and updates
Run the System File Checker tool, then install any available Windows updates. - Update your graphics drivers
Install the latest driver for your NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel graphics card. - Set the EA app and game to use the high-performance GPU
This can help if your PC has both integrated and dedicated graphics. Follow the Troubleshooting Graphics Issues guide for the correct settings. - Troubleshoot your internet connection
Work through the Connection and Advanced Connection guides, especially if the EA app is stuck loading, cannot connect, or repeatedly crashes. - Test the EA app in Clean Boot mode
Restart Windows using a Clean Boot, then open only the EA app and the affected game. This helps identify whether another application or service is causing the problem.
After completing these steps, restart your PC and test the EA app again. Thanks!

This is just sad. So many issues on the EA app. I never understood as to why not making this app run like Origin and add it's current features instead of taking it away. If the app was developed properly, all these troubleshooting wouldn't have been needed to be done. This is a 2 year old problem and it still seems not getting fixed.

I'm glad to keep using Origin to run old games as it's pretty stable.
