EA app

This probably isn't new, but the EA app is a bit of a disaster. It's incredibly frustrating that we pay as much as we do for sims content, and then when there's is a service outage from these incompetent providers (and there usually is), we can't access said sims because we're forced to log into the EA app first. It makes very little sense why this was implemented, how does it benefit anyone?
