EA Desktop fails to load - unresolvable error occured. restart fails and loops.

I am having the same problem on Windows 10.  i don't have Origin on this computer because it is a brand new hard drive.  When I first downloaded the app.  It worked fine.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  I still have the same issue.  On some occasions, if I hit restart enough ti will load but them I get a blank window on the app.
