Battlefield 6 purchased in Steam is not displayed in the EA App library.

I bought the game by pre-order on steam, everything works, I can log in to play, but there is no battlefield 6 app in the EA app, I cannot receive the veteran's award and other awards.Steam and EA app are linked to each other, I tried deleting the apps and installing them again, it doesn't help. There is no such problem with the EA 25 purchased on steam, and it is displayed correctly in the EA app. I did what the employee advised: reinstalled the EA app, Use the built-in EA app recovery tool , I see Star Wars purchased on steam and need fo speed also purchased on steam Only battlefield 6 purchased on steam is not displayed in the EA app. 5 EA employees with whom I chatted could not solve this problem and the only thing they could advise was to post it on the forum.

    If you bought the game on Steam, it'll appear in the Steam library. It wouldn't appear in the EA App unless you've also picked up a copy there too.

    You don't need to run the EA app to launch the game in Steam. As long as your Steam is linked to your EA account, it should load up right away directly from Steam.

    If you bought the game on Steam, it'll appear in the Steam library. It wouldn't appear in the EA App unless you've also picked up a copy there too.

    You don't need to run the EA app to launch the game in Steam. As long as your Steam is linked to your EA account, it should load up right away directly from Steam.

    You don't seem to understand how it works, if I bought a steam game, for example, FC 25 soccer, then it should appear in the EA app, and it appears, the same should be the case with battlefield

    I looked at the steam topic that you sent me and read what they say, but then why FC 25? Did the Star Wars and Need for Speed I bought in steam appear in the EA app library?

    I read it somewhere in the BFDiscord a while ago, and I just found a source for you. All my other games appear in the EA library as Steam games with a small banner at the top, too.

    I don't know why they decided on this approach, but I guess it's because you can actually play BF6 without the EA app and only have the account linked.  That's why it's not showing up, I think.

    It's still pretty bold of you to assume that I don't know how it works when I'm trying to help you.

    Thank you guys so much for explaining, but then how can I get a reward for a battlfield 6 veteran if I am a holder of battfield 4 and battfield 1 on an EA app account, and batfield 6 on steam, why is this not thought out, because the accounts are linked.
