EA Desktop games not recognizing PS4 nor Switch Pro controller

Question

I am unable to play games (It takes two in specific) on the EA Desktop app using either a PS4 or a Switch Pro controller on PC. I am able to play with either of those controllers on the Xbox app for PC and also move some menus outside of the apps, so the controllers work and are properly paired.

How do I enable controllers on EA Desktop?

When using third party controllers that aren't natively supported by Windows, you usually have to use some third party software to get them working.&nbsp;

I can't give any suggestions on which software to use, but I'm certain that you'll find something when searching through Google 🙂
