Looks like you have performed nearly all of the troubleshooting steps that we have in place for the EA app.
I do want to have a look at your MsInfo32, but it's better not to share it on the forums as it could contain some personal information.
You mentioned that you got in touch with our support team and that means that you should have a case on EA Help. Could you head over to the EA Help website, log in, go to My Cases and add the MsInfo32 to your case?

I have added both the MsInfo and DXDiag to the case as the support team had requested this too. For whatever reason though, no matter how many times I tell them this, I am only getting the same responses back with solutions I have already tried. I think because each time I reply it is a new person responding and not actually reading the previous suggestions.
I have been trying to get this sorted since the 18th September with the support team so that avenue is clearly not working. Any help from you would be most appreciated.

I do see some programs giving out dll errors. You mentioned in your post that you repaired VC++, how did you do this?

Could you also launch the files located in the Battlefield V folder for VC++ and then hit the Repair button? Be sure to launch both the x64 and the x86 files.
