Hi,
This is my first forum post so go easy-
Not sure if there’s been a fix and everyone has gone quiet but this worked for me (GPU for PC);
1) Logout of the EA Desktop app
2) Completely close the Xbox app and EA Desktop app (End task it via task manager if needed)
3) Restart the Xbox app, sign in if it asks then head to settings
4) Go to Account then at the bottom of this tab is a setting called ‘linked accounts’. Here you’ll find EA. Sign in with your EA ID, not your email
5) Go to the EA website, log in (again with EA ID, not with your email address) and go to account settings
6) Ensure that your Xbox account is linked by checking under the ‘Connections’ tab. If it’s not linked go back to the Xbox app and check it again (step 4)
7) Start the EA Desktop app but this time, sign in using your EA ID and not your email, just like in the previous steps- and then it should all work.
