EA won't unlink Xbox account.
So basically my Xbox account is linked to an unknown EA account and therefore removes all possibilities to use my Xbox Game Pass with EA Play. The account which my Xbox is linked to is using a "@10mail.com" email, which seems to be a temporary mail service. Your support is completely incompetent and just responds with pre-written responses and are to no help at all. I've stated multiple times that I DO NOT need access to the EA account at all, I just need my Xbox account to be unlinked from a pretty much non-existing EA account. There is no "Security risk" at all, as the support staff claims, and instead of just giving your customers the ability to unlink their own account, you instead make us go through an "Account recovery" process - something I don't even need.
This is completely unacceptable from EA. Just help us unlink accounts and do not hire robots for support as they apparently have no thinking-skills at all.

Due to how damaging it is to unlink accounts, we need to verify account ownership before that change, or any others can be made. The only way to do this is to go through account recovery. That will get your account verified so changes can be made.
