I don’t have access to the email for this account, everytime I try to login to my Xbox ea account it says I need to validate my account but that email doesn’t exist anymore so there’s no way I can’t get the code for that, my Microsoft email is different and my steam account email is different, how will I ever be able to recover my Xbox ea account if I can’t verify it?

I've been trying for over a year. It's not simply that you just have to answer a few questions. They want to know your purchase history, your credit card used, various purchases and specific credit cards used. It's ridiculous. If I can't access my 7 year old email, I probably can't remember a specific credit card used. I'll just skip playing EA games altogether.

@CraigHuggins I do have an account with EA, but they have made my password as expired of that account and I don't have access to my linked account because there was a domain change and due to that I lost the access my account. So now I cannot do anything until I get my questions right. and few questions are so stupid that you can never get it right.

1. Credit card last 4 digit - "I never linked my card with EA ever, so I cannot provide that even if I want to"
2. Phone Number - "Never Linked my phone number as well"
3. Name of the Game purchased and the date as well - "and I dont buy games directly from EA because its too expensive to buy".

I'm having kind of the same issue my xbox gamertag is somehow linked to an ea account i never created and the email was never verified and because I didn't create this account support wont help as i don't know the questions they ask. I don't know if this is possible but it seems ea created an account for me when I opened an ea game via xbox gamepass with random information.

Even I am also facing the exact same issue and all the time I get to hear from them is "I am sorry, provided information is not correct, please try again with new case ID or you can replay back on the same existing case ID." this is so dam frustrating, only one or 2 questions should be asked to get this verified or to help the users to retrieve there account.
I even told them that I can provide you the exact date & time on which I last reset my password, but it seems that this is not an option for them. Providing them the date and time of resetting password is huge deal. Still they said no its invalid information for us.

I have the same issue of where I can't do anything do to dead E-mail. I don't know how to contact support as the dead E-mail was never "verified". Has anyone found a solution and can tell me what I can do or how to contact support to change account to my new E-mail?

I made a case but no one responds. Similar issue in that old E-mail address is lost and need to redirect. No one responds on live chat says 1 minute for hours.
