Email changed

My email address has changed with my phone number and cannot get any email.

so I contact EA support， they asked me 6 question and the account was registered in several years ago， and back that time no one told me to remember that？

I didn't forget my password and now I cannot login my account.

I tried 37 times in last 12 days and still, I cannot login my account and play my game which I spent money on.

I heard that if your account is hacked and the email will update real quick and you lost your account forever, and my situation, duh, is the opposite——The Owner Can't Update His Email

And I know， the Answers HQ cannot help me. I wrote this only to remember this.

each time I was treat like a football kicked around and around.

They say I really understand you and you are a true gamer but still do nothing.

I upload the bill,the email other platform helped me, the password, the every game I bought on each date each time and still they have to deny your request.
