Can't purchase Sims 4 kit

I'm having trouble even purchasing it.

I purchased and downloaded the library kit just fine, I've even managed to see it in the game.

But it's been several attempts and no matter where I try to get the grunge kit, I get a message that says there was trouble processing my request and it says [ref.#PRICENOTFOUND]

It happens through the app and directly in the game menu. And when I try on the website, I just get three dots moving forever every time.

    Please try the following steps to clear up this purchase error:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

  • Oh, no. What a nightmare. I wonder if it's something to do with the work they are doing on the gallery at the moment?

    Thank you! It did resolve on itself yesterday, though. I was just too impatient to wait lol
