Ive trying to download the EA APP for weeks the customer service takes forever to help. The error code am keep getting is Error code inst- 14 - 5100

My pc can definitely run this a have all the requirements please someone help

I right with you. I'm getting similar install errors for weeks, but support closes my case almost as soon as I submit them. No help from community support either.
